I started ApexElectric In may of 2025 under a different name. After my friends would steal my bike time after time, I had enough. In April 2025, I designed a Key ignition that would connect between the throttle connectors. After selling a good amount of those, I redesigned the Key ignition to plug into the Brake Sensor of the bike stopping pedal assist, and throttle from being used. 

Today we design and hand-build plug-and-play upgrades for Super73 and hopefully other ebike platforms in the future. Every part is made to install in minutes and come back out just as easily if you ever need to.

What we build

Our Plug and Play Controller Upgrade is tuned specifically to your bike model and adjustable over Bluetooth, so you can dial in performance instead of living with the factory limiter. Our Key Ignition line goes further than a standard kill switch — the V2 cuts power to both throttle and pedal assist, so a stolen bike simply doesn't move. We also build finishing touches like our Baja-style headlight to round out the look and function of your bike.

We believe upgrading your bike shouldn't mean voiding a warranty, cutting a harness, or hoping you wired something right in your garage. Every Apex Electric product is engineered to connect into your Super73's existing wiring, so installation is fast, reversible, and safe.
